Established in 1968 Composite Retail Group has evolved from a small accounting service into New Zealand's premier member owned service for independent retailers with approximately 280 store-fronts and an annual turnover in excess of $30 million.

Independent retailers continue to incur market pressures from chains and department stores and seek new ways to improve margin and differentiation. Each Division operates as a separate business unit to provide services appropriate to the needs of its members.
